Return and Refund Policy
At Advesha Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes products need to be returned or exchanged, and we are here to help make that process as easy as possible.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item(s) received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement item(s) to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item(s) and approved your refund. The refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Please note that the amount of time it takes for a refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at +91 8551051036 or contact@advesha.com to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange the item(s). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item(s) received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive your exchanged item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will send the replacement item(s) to you.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage.
Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed in within 7-10 working days.
